Somatic-Movement, generally speaking, is a movement of the body which is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement.
Somatic movement allows you to tap into your creative impulses while reducing stiffness, tension, pain. It allows you to reduce your level of effort and exertion while actually increasing your overall abilities and sense of well-being. The movements are easy and comfortable yet very effective.
